Nairobi Goat Derby: Heart-to-Heart Foundation is a Kenyan non-profit medical charitable organization, which was founded in 1993 with a mission to Prevent, Control and Treat Heart Disease in Children in Kenya. With the strong support and good will of individuals and companies, the Foundation has since grown into an institution of national repute. Its impact on the Control and Prevention of Rheumatic Fever, Management and Treatment of heart disease has been considerable. This year, Executive Water are proud sponsors of the Third Annual Nairobi Goat Derby!
